APPA Volunteers
Become a Volunteer at APPA’s Annual Meeting
APPA is seeking enthusiastic Trainee Members to join the Meeting Volunteer Program at this year’s Annual Meeting in Boston, MA.
As a volunteer, you’ll contribute 10-12 hours of your time throughout the week in different shifts while enjoying complimentary meeting registration in return.
Key Details
- Eligibility: You must be a current trainee member of APPA.
- Application Period: December 1-19, 2025
- Notification Date: Applicants will be notified of their status by January 10, 2026.
How to Apply
- Select your top 3 preferred volunteer positions using the drop down menu on the application. Please refer to the Volunteer Schedule that will be posted prior to the application period for the shifts of each position.
- Act quickly—positions are limited and fill fast!

Volunteer Roles:
- Name Tags
– Help prepare name tags for meeting registrants. - Poster Session Setup and Take Down
– Help with setting up and dismantling the poster room. - Pre-Conference Workshop Check-In
– Assist with participant check-ins and directions for the Trainee Workshop. - Registration Desk Support
– Registration setup and registrant check-ins. - Session Room Monitors
– Monitor sessions and conduct room counts.
