APPA Volunteers
Become a Volunteer at APPA’s Annual Meeting!
APPA is seeking enthusiastic Student Members to join the Meeting Volunteer Program at this year’s Annual Meeting in Boston, MA. As a volunteer, you’ll contribute 10-12 hours of your time throughout the week in different shifts while enjoying complimentary meeting registration in return.
Key Details:
– Eligibility: You must be a current student member of APPA.
– Application Period: Closes February 12, 2025
– Notification Date: Applicants will be notified of their status by February 20, 2025.
How to Apply:
– Select your top 3 preferred volunteer positions using the drop down menu. Please refer to the Volunteer Schedule for the shifts of each position.

Volunteer Roles:
Name Tags
– Help prepare name tags for meeting registrants.
Pre-Conference Workshop Check-In
– Assist with participant check-ins and directions for the workshop on Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
Registration Desk Support
– Registration setup and registrant check-ins.
Session Room Monitors
– Monitor sessions and conduct room counts.
Poster Session Setup and Take Down
– Help with setting up and dismantling the poster room.
